A Relationship Check-In
How satisfied are you in your romantic relationship?
Every romantic relationship has its ups and downs, but sometimes we get so caught up in the everyday grind that we don't take the time to reflect on how we're feeling about our relationship.
This short, 16-question assessment, known as the Couples Satisfaction Index (CSI-16), was developed by researchers to measure satisfaction in romantic relationships. It offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and better understand your experience. There are no right or wrong answers, and you don't need to be experiencing relationship difficulties to benefit from a quick check-in.
It takes about 3–4 minutes to complete, and you'll receive your results immediately. Your answers are calculated in your browser and aren't submitted to me or stored by the questionnaire.
This questionnaire is intended for personal reflection and is not a substitute for professional assessment or therapy.
Want to Explore Your Relationship Further?
Sometimes, taking a moment to reflect brings up questions about our relationships, the patterns we fall into, or the ways we connect with one another. If you'd like to explore these experiences more deeply, couples therapy can offer a space to better understand each other, improve communication, and find new ways forward.
I offer in-person couples therapy in Walnut Creek, welcoming clients from Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Danville, Alamo, San Ramon, and surrounding East Bay communities. I also offer online couples therapy throughout California.
